Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries is seeking a systems engineer to install and support Windows servers and storage arrays. You will monitor ServiceNow tickets, document activities, and balance operational tasks with security and project work.

The role includes STIG reporting, vulnerability reviews, and designing new hardware or software solutions. Candidates should have strong communication and hands-on infra experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience or 7+ years of experience.
• 5 years' experience with app servers, web servers, and DNS/DHCP.
• Vulnerability mitigation and security tool knowledge.
• Extensive hardware/software configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, multi-tasking and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Install and support physical and virtual Windows servers and storage arrays.
• Monitor ServiceNow tickets and document activities thoroughly.
• Balance operational support with project tasks and security tasks (STIGs).
• Review vulnerability reports weekly and implement fixes.
• Design and implement new hardware, software, or storage systems.
