Qualifications

6+ years of experience overseeing a portfolio of technology services and leading a technical team's day-to-day execution.
People management experience including recruiting, hiring, performance management, and mentoring engineers.
Experience leading technical projects and initiatives from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day oversight for the team and ensure timely delivery of compute, VMware, enterprise storage, and backup services.
Partner with federal and program leadership to own and develop the technical strategy and vision; rally the team to deliver it.
Collaborate with Project Managers/Scrum Masters to ensure clear communication on timelines, resources, risk, and status; step into PM role when needed.
Drive continuous improvement and modernization to meet future customer demands.
Oversee recruitment, hiring, performance management, training, and mentoring of team members.
Coordinate incident management and post-closure reporting with stakeholders.
