D2 Consulting seeks a VMware Engineer with TS/SCI clearance to architect and sustain secure ESXi environments for mission-critical operations. You will work across Windows and Linux VMs, develop SOPs, and liaise with engineering teams to translate requirements into reliable solutions.

You will mentor engineers, participate in on-call support, and contribute to system resilience in a highly secure classified setting. Join a team delivering impactful national security work.

Qualifications

5+ years of systems engineering experience focused on VMware technologies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Experience supporting Windows and Linux VMs in secure environments.
Ability to author clear technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Architect, configure, and sustain VMware environments for secure operations.
Troubleshoot and optimize ESXi infrastructure for performance and security.
Develop and maintain SOPs for virtual environments.
Support Certification & Accreditation (C&A) processes.
Mentor engineers and lead technical tasks or projects.
