Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience focused on VMware technologies.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux.
• Ability to work in highly secure, classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and sustain VMware environments in secure operations.
• Troubleshoot, patch, monitor, and maintain ESXi clusters and related components.
• Develop SOPs for virtual environments and contribute to C&A readiness.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as technical lead on projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to translate requirements into solutions.
