QUANTEAM - North America (RAINBOW PARTNERS Group) is seeking a VMware Virtualization Subject Matter Expert to lead the migration to VMware Cloud Foundation 9. This role involves providing expert-level strategy and support, ensuring performance and cost efficiency across the VMware ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on experience with VMware environments, strong automation skills, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders. The position is based in New York, New York.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience designing and supporting large-scale VMware environments.
• Strong automation background with PowerCLI, Ansible, Terraform.
• Familiarity with AIOps concepts like predictive monitoring and automated RCA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration to VMware Cloud Foundation 9 ensuring zero downtime.
• Design and evolve the integrated VMware stack for high availability.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code for automation of provisioning and patching.
