Responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot tool and MRO vending machines.
• Answer calls and log service tickets.
• Maintain inventory for each machine, remotely and onsite.
• Coordinate with sales teams and VMI manager.
• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Travel up to 20%.
