Job summary

AFC Industries in Worcester, MA is seeking a Route Delivery Associate to support our VMI services. You will perform route deliveries, schedule materials, and convert scanned orders to sales orders while expediting in-stock issues and maintaining clean, organized customer facilities.

VMI Tech (Southern NH-Nashua, Salem, Portsmouth or MA-Worcester, Marlborough)

• Route Delivery and Special Delivery
• Material scheduling at customer facilities
• Convert scanned orders to sales orders
• Expedite and react to customer no stock and low stock situations
• Maintain organization and cleanliness at customer facilities
• Communicate customer complaints or requests to customer service and the account manager.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Education:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

Work Experience:

• Must have a Good Driving Record with Valid Driver's License, MVR is required for this role

Professional Skills:

• Good interpersonal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Previous route service experience is preferred.
