Job summary

AFC Industries is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Integrated Supply Delivery team in Fletcher, NC. The role includes receiving materials, delivering orders, and assisting with warehouse tasks. The position offers a competitive pay range of $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, with a full-time work schedule of 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k).

We are looking for someone to join our Warehouse Associate/Integrated Supply Delilvery team in the Fletcher, NC area.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for receiving materials, pulling and shipping orders for customers
• Delivery to customers using a company van
• For drop off customers: assisting in unloading and completing required paperwork related to the orders.
• For vendor managed customers: put away parts in specified locations, scan order for the following delivery, maintain cleanliness of Vending and VMI area, communicate with customers and AFC inside sales team concerning program, completing required paperwork related to the orders (will be trained on sight at the customer facilities).
• Learn and work with vending machine software and loading product to fulfill demands.
• Assist with warehouse tasks: inventory management, maintaining clean and safe environment, assembling customer kits, and other assigned tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a Good Driving Record with Valid Driver’s License
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Previous route service experience is preferred.
• COMPUTER SKILLS (navigate through the Operating System), ability to communicate through Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to self-direct when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - 25.00 per hour

Work Hours: 7AM-3:30PM, Monday-Friday (flexibility required)
