Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an Inventory Solutions Associate in New Hope, MN to act as a liaison between the organization and customers served by inventory solutions. The role maintains day-to-day functions in a VMI site within a client's facility, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate inventory levels.

Responsibilities include processing daily replenishment orders, monitoring stock levels, and communicating with stakeholders about stocking decisions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2–5 years of experience in inventory or related area.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely and accurate fulfillment of daily replenishment orders.
• Receives daily replenishment and branch transfers to maintain accurate inventory.
• Monitors and adjusts inventory parameters to maintain proper levels.
• Communicates market and customer conditions to stakeholders.
• Engages with customers about stocking levels and seasonal fluctuations to prevent outages.
• Monitors regional items and maintains inventory.
