Rexel USA in Modesto, CA is seeking a VMI Specialist to manage onsite contracted customer agreements for Vendor Managed Inventory. You will drive inventory optimization, maintain stock levels, and support opportunities for value-added solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales and customers, data analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability across assigned VMI accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management, procurement, or customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High School or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with sales and customers to identify needs and opportunities.
• Execute VMI agreement requirements to maximize profitability and service.
• Monitor inventory usage, set reorder points, and place replenishments.
• Train new hires on VMI processes and data analysis.
• Conduct on-site assessments and assist with proposals as needed.
