Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in California is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and analyze digital and analog circuits used in memory products. You will collaborate with global design and verification teams, contribute to layout, validation, and tape-out revisions to ensure cost, quality and time-to-market goals.

The role requires SystemVerilog/Verilog/VHDL, C/C++ programming, scripting (TCL/Python/Perl), and memory design expertise. A Master’s degree in EE or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• System Verilog/Verilog/VHDL design and validation for memory products.
• Collaborate with global design and verification teams and support Product Engineering, Test, Process Integration, Assembly and Marketing.
• Oversee layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
• Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators.
