Position: Vitreous Process Cell Operator – Seasonal

Opportunity

Kohler Co. is seeking dynamic, dedicated temporary manufacturing associates in Kohler, Wisconsin. This seasonal opportunity is ideal for college students and recent high school grads entering college in the fall, offering a competitive wage to help fund their education.

Hired individuals will be assigned to a production or service department to develop necessary skills. The position may require weekend work and/or mandatory overtime. The available shift is 1st shift, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting ware, handling vitreous ware, making epoxy repairs, operating robot spray booths, loading, reworking pieces, packing products, operating dryers.
• Operate Pressure Cast Machines and move ware buggies.
• Float between roles and cover where needed.
• Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs, pass the global aesthetic test, and be PIV certified.
