Opportunity

Kohler Co. is seeking dynamic, dedicated temporary manufacturing associates in Kohler, Wisconsin. This seasonal position is ideal for college students and high school graduates entering college in the fall, offering a great wage to support their education.

Hired individuals will be assigned to a production or service department to develop relevant skills. The role may require weekend work and mandatory overtime. The position is on 1st shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Inspecting ware, handling vitreous ware, epoxy repairs, operating robot spray booths, loading, reworking, packing products, operating dryers
  • Operating Pressure Cast Machines and moving ware buggies
  • Floating between roles and covering where needed
  • Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs, pass the global aesthetic test, and be PIV certified
Skills/Requirements
  • At least 18 years old by the start date in 2025
  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing processes
  • Physical ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation
  • Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Reliable attendance and work performance
  • Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
