Vitreous Process Cell Operator - Seasonal

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Kohler, Wisconsin

Opportunity

Kohler Co. is seeking dynamic, dedicated temporary manufacturing associates in Kohler, Wisconsin. This seasonal opportunity is ideal for college students and high school graduates entering college in the fall, offering a competitive wage to help fund their education.

Hired individuals will be assigned to a production or service department to develop necessary skills supporting their team. The role may require weekend work and mandatory overtime. The position is on 1st shift, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspecting ware, handling vitreous ware, making epoxy repairs, operating robot spray booths, loading, reworking, packing products, and operating dryers
• Operating Pressure Cast Machines and moving ware buggies
• Floating between roles as needed
• Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs, pass the global aesthetic test, and be PIV certified

• Effective communication skills for manufacturing processes
• Physical ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations
