The role involves assisting during a fast-paced day, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and adhering to safety standards. A flexible schedule and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive attitude within Sprouts culture.
• Positive attitude and customer interaction skills.
• Good communication and ability to take direction in a team.
• Willing to learn about new products and alternative health.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service in the Vitamin Department.
• Educate customers about supplements and vitamins within safety guidelines.
• Create and maintain department displays and price merchandise.
• Answer questions and direct customers to product locations.
• Support events and seminars and stay informed on weekly ads and promotions.
