Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service in the Vitamin Department. You will educate customers on supplements, maintain displays, price merchandise, and assist with store events in a fast-paced environment.

You must be 16+ with a friendly attitude, strong communication, and teamwork skills. The role involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs with a focus on health education and great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable with flexible schedule including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a respectful attitude within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Be willing to gain education on new products and health.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, climbing; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to walk up to 3 miles in an 8 hour shift.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and related regulations.
• Be able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable service in the Vitamin Department.
• Create and maintain department displays and price merchandise accurately.
• Educate customers on supplement knowledge within proper parameters.
• Share knowledge of weekly ads and direct customers to product locations.
• Support events and seminars and maintain a fast-paced store environment.
