Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is hiring a Vitamin Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service in the Vitamin Department. You will educate customers about supplements, help maintain displays, price merchandise, and guide shoppers to product locations throughout the store.

The role supports a fast-paced, friendly environment with opportunities to learn about new products and health options while working with a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a high level of ethics within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Willingness to learn about new products and alternative health.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Willing to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable service in the Vitamin Department.
• Create and maintain department displays and price merchandise.
• Educate customers using supplement knowledge within proper parameters.
• Be familiar with events and seminars on the calendar.
• Direct customers to product locations throughout the store.
• Support a fast-paced environment with great customer service.
