Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Clerk to deliver prompt, friendly service in the Vitamin Department, help customers choose supplements, and educate them on health benefits.

You will maintain displays, price merchandise, and stay informed about weekly ad items and store events; be prepared to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

This is a fast-paced team environment that values reliability and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have and show mutual respect for others and maintain Sprouts' culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Have good communication skills and the ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Willing to gain education on new products and alternative health.
• Be able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service in the Vitamin Department.
• Create and maintain department displays; correctly price merchandise with shelf tags and signs.
• Use vitamin knowledge to answer questions and educate customers within proper parameters.
• Be aware of weekly ads and guide customers to product locations in-store.
