The Sharon at SouthPark is seeking a Health & Fitness Manager to lead a comprehensive fitness and aquatics program for residents and staff. You will work with the Director of Vitality and Well-being to plan, implement and evaluate wellness offerings that foster vitality and well-being across multiple dimensions.

Responsibilities include designing programs, staff supervision, program delivery, data tracking, and promoting health initiatives within a non-profit long-term care setting located in

Formación

• B.S. or M.S. in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field required. Masters preferred.
• Certifications from ACSM, ACE, AFAA, NSCA, IDEA, or NASM required.
• 5-10 years of experience in administration/management of fitness/aquatics programs preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, implements and maintains a robust fitness/aquatics program for residents and staff.
• Oversees fitness and aquatics staff, including hiring, evaluation, promotion and discharge.
• Designs programs across wellness dimensions: emotional, environmental, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual and vocational.
• Maintains data and reports on participation and outcomes.
• Represents the company professionally and promotes safety and well‑being.
