Job summary

Canyon Ranch is seeking a part-time Vitality Attendant to ensure smooth operation and pristine conditions in the Vitality spaces at our Tucson location. You will provide world-class guest service, assist guests with equipment use, stock supplies, and process retail transactions using Canyon Ranch software.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, explaining room benefits, scheduling activities, and recommending complementary services to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and ensures they are signed up for daily use in Canyon Ranch Vitality spaces.
• Explains concept and benefits of each room and assists with equipment setup.
• Stocking, cleaning, and ensuring vitality areas are neat, safe, and stocked.
• Uses Canyon Ranch software to charge out retail items and schedule guest appointments.
• Recommend complementary services and activities to enhance guest experience.
