Job summary

Paradise Village is seeking an Activities (Vitality) Assistant to support whole-person wellness for residents, encouraging participation in events and activities that enrich mind, body, and spirit. The role assists with memory care activities and communicates the Vitality philosophy to staff and residents.

You will help ensure compliance with regulations and embody Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values, contributing to a safe, engaging environment through on-site programming and flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Memory Care/Dementia Care.
• CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Responsibilities

• Support whole-person wellness by encouraging participation in campus events and activities.
• Assist with activities that enrich the mind, body, and spirit.
• Communicate the Vitality philosophy and benefits to staff and residents both verbally and by example.
