Job summary

Generations at Paradise Village in California seeks an Activities (Vitality) Assistant to support whole-person wellness by encouraging participation in events and activities for residents. You will help plan and lead daily programs that enrich the mind, body, and spirit.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care, strong communication with residents and staff, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. This is full-time day shift with weekend availability, on-site at Paradise Village.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Memory Care/Dementia Care.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
