• Researches intensive and complex Vital Records requests in the internal system.
• Contacts other departments or agencies to expedite high quality customer service.
• Registers/records requests and updates in tracking system.
• Addresses unique or potential fraudulent claims with management.
• Provides input on policies related to record establishment and special services.
• May contact constituents or agencies to gather missing information.
