Kohler Co. in Kohler, Wisconsin is hiring a Vitreous Process Cell Operator (Robot Spray) for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) with overtime as needed.

The role focuses on operating robot spray booths, material movement, and stringent safety practices while producing high-quality cast iron products. Ideal candidates are 18+, authorized to work in the US, and may have a HS diploma with 1+ year of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Competitive Compensation: $27.45 plus $1.50 shift premium

Shift: 2nd Shift; 2:00PM-10:00PM plus overtime

Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed

We are looking for a Vitreous Process Cell Operator (Robot Spray) to join our Pottery division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

• Operating the robot spray booths
• Pushing carts
• Clean shaven to wear a respirator when required .

• Must be able to p ush/pull/lift up to 50lbs
• Pass the global aesthetic test
• Must be PIV certified .
