Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a creative field or related experience.
• 3–5 years’ professional experience managing brand social media accounts and creating visual marketing assets.
• Develop and execute organic/paid content plans across enterprise social accounts.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva for high‑impact graphics.
• Hands‑on experience in short‑form video production for mobile/social.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple internal clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with faculty, students, and campus partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute College‑wide social media strategies aligned with institutional priorities.
• Manage official College social media accounts and publishing schedules.
• Create visual assets supporting research communications, recruitment, and advancement.
• Produce and edit short‑form videos and photography for stories and campaigns.
• Collaborate with University Marketing to ensure brand consistency and standards.
• Monitor engagement metrics and adapt content/strategy based on analytics.
