Job summary

Drexel University in Philadelphia seeks a Content Manager to plan, develop, edit, and distribute high-quality content across digital, print, and multimedia channels in support of the Howley College of Engineering and Computing.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Communications and Content, you will interview faculty, students, alumni, and researchers to craft compelling stories that elevate research visibility, support advancement, and enhance the college's reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Technical Writing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of professional writing, editing, and content creation experience.
• Ability to translate technical topics for broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, edit, and publish articles, feature stories, newsletters, reports, web content, and marketing materials.
• Interview faculty, students, alumni, researchers, and industry partners.
• Translate technical content for diverse audiences and support research visibility and engagement.
• Maintain content calendars and manage editorial workflows in collaboration with Marketing & Communications.
