SESCO Lighting, Inc. is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to tell our story and grow our digital presence with engaging, high-quality content. You will work with our social media manager for direction and campaigns.

You will capture photo/video, develop short-form videos, assist with campaigns, and manage content across social platforms. A strong eye for visuals, brand alignment, and storytelling is essential.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio or examples of social media content, photography, video, Reels, TikToks, or other digital work.
• Experience managing or contributing content to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience working in a church, nonprofit, brand, creative agency, or similar environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Capture photo and video content on a regular basis.
• Create Reels, Shorts, TikToks, stories, graphics, and other social-first content.
• Edit and prepare content for publishing.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the social media content calendar.
• Write captions and prepare posts for publication.
• Cover events and other important moments in real time.
• Identify stories, people, moments, and ideas that can become engaging social content.
• Monitor current trends and bring new creative ideas to the team.
• Help maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual style.
• Review content performance and use analytics to improve future content.
• Collaborate with communications, creative, marketing, leadership, and other teams as needed.
