Qualifications

• 1–3 years in social media, content creation, or related field.
• Strong portfolio of social media content, photography or video work.
• Experience managing content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Experience in church, nonprofit, brand, or creative agency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content regularly.
• Create Reels, Shorts, TikToks, stories and other social-first content.
• Edit and prepare content for publishing.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the social media content calendar.
• Write captions and prepare posts for publication.
• Cover events and real-time moments.
• Identify compelling stories and moments for content.
• Monitor trends and bring new ideas to the team.
• Maintain branding across platforms and review performance.
