Job summary

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York seeks an experienced Presentation and Graphic Designer to join the Business Development team. You will design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, proposals, and marketing collateral, and create templates, slide masters, and visuals that support firm messaging.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite is required; HTML basics and email platform experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in graphic design or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in presentation design and general graphic design.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint including templates and animations.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact PowerPoint presentations for BD and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and manage custom templates, slide masters, charts, infographics, and icon libraries.
• Collaborate with attorneys and BD professionals to translate messaging into visuals.
• Ensure branding consistency across materials.
• Support print and digital marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, social graphics).
• Format documents in Word and Excel when needed.
• Retouch imagery and create assets using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Assist with light HTML tasks and branded email campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as required.
