You will greet customers, monitor entrances, report suspicious activity, and participate in Asset Protection training to grow into greater responsibilities, with flexible scheduling that aligns with retail hours.

Qualifications

• No Education or Experience Required
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes customers while on the selling floor
• Visually monitor customer traffic entering and exiting the store
• Deter theft via visual observation
• Maintain a safe business environment
• Communicate suspicious activity to Asset Protection/Security
