Job summary

Wayfair is seeking an experienced Visual Presentation Associate to join our team. You will work closely with SRB VM leads to support and implement visual merchandising initiatives across AllModern, Birch Lane, and Joss & Main stores, while also supporting Wayfair and Perigold as needed.

The role focuses on seasonal presentation management, signage integration, and inventory coordination, with a scrappy, hands-on approach. You’ll collaborate across functions and adapt to evolving brand priorities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of visual merchandising experience. Physical retail experience required.
  • Passion for interior design and home decor trends.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit. Self motivated. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong multi tasking, organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to collaborate across the organization to achieve objectives
  • Adaptability to organizational changes
  • Evidence of scrappy startup execution and a "get it done" attitude
  • Comfortable using Excel and Google Workspace
  • Able to lift 40 lbs
  • Travel required: up to once a month to support SRB Seasonal Execution/Follow-up Visits and NSO support

Responsibilities

  • In partnership with SRB VM leads, support concept process and execute visual merchandising strategies within retail labs and stores, ensuring brand priorities are met.
  • Support seasonal presentation management in stores by reacting to product sell through, inventory levels, out-of-stocks, and spatial constraints.
  • Test, learn, and evolve visual solutions and compare results.
  • Assist in integrating seasonal signage strategy into the physical retail experience.
  • Liaise with internal partners including Curated Merchandising, Communications, Operations, and Planning/Allocation.
  • Support NSO execution across all Wayfair Brands as needed.

About The Job

Wayfair is seeking an experienced Visual Presentation Associate to join our team. The Visual Presentation Associate will work closely with Visual Presentation Leaders across all SRB physical retail brands to support and implement visual merchandising initiatives. These initiatives will include seasonal merchandise changes, creative installs, signage, and sample inventory management.


The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in retail/visual presentation. Comfortability with working in both store and corporate environments is a plus. It will require flexibility and a scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to succeed. This role will focus primarily on supporting Wayfair’s three specialty retail brands (SRBs): AllModern, Birch Lane, Joss & Main across an expanding store fleet, but will also support Wayfair and Perigold store execution when necessary.



What You’ll Do


  • In partnership with SRB VM leads, support concept process and execute overall visual merchandising strategies within retail labs and stores , ensuring strategy is in line with brand priorities to deliver a consistent omni-channel experience. Execution support may flex to support any/all Wayfair brands when needed.

  • Support seasonal presentation management in stores - react to product sell through, inventory levels, out-of-stocks and spatial constraints to drive executional consistency across the fleet.

  • Test, learn, and evolve visual solutions and compare results.

  • Assist in integrating seasonal signage strategy into physical retail experience.

  • Liaise with internal partners; including Curated Merchandising, Communications, Operations, and Planning/Allocation.

  • Support NSO execution, across all Wayfair Brands, as needed.
