Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes. You will support merchandise and fixture assembly, and maintain all signage while delivering legendary customer service.

As a FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, and service-oriented, with strong communication to District FAST Supervisor. Shifts vary and can be 4+ hours, up to 10+ hours per day, depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and restock as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
