Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly. The role emphasizes customer service and efficiency, working with the Field Activity Support Team to ensure store standards and brand consistency.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, maintaining signage, and assisting customers while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
