Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service while executing finishes from start to finish.

The role requires reliability, adaptability, and the ability to read and count accurately. Expect shifts that vary by store, with some days longer than others, and opportunities to work with the District FAST Supervisor and Store

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
