Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years visual merchandising experience, preferably in sporting goods or firearms retail environment.
• Experience in Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or Brand Development.

Responsibilities

• Implement the visual merchandising strategy for the SEC. Collaborate with leadership to execute product placement and planogram execution.
• Serve as store visual merchandising subject matter expert and partner across departments.
• Support seasonal merchandising and reviews of ads and sales plans to align with merchandising goals.
• Assist in identifying customer requirements and provide guidance on pricing, promotion, and sign execution.
