Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate I for the Sig Experience Center in New Hampshire. You will provide direct assistance to customers, answer product questions, track orders, and resolve customer concerns while supporting sales initiatives.

You will upsell merchandise, accessories, and training services; maintain a professional appearance; and comply with ATF regulations. This role is non-exempt and requires strong communication and firearms knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales and merchandising experience in a firearms retail environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct salesperson focused on providing a positive, professional customer experience.
• Maintain correspondence with customers regarding sales matters and order status.
• Provide technical assistance and issue resolution on SIG SAUER firearms and products.
• Upsell and promote merchandise, Academy training, and services.
• Abide by ATF regulations and company policies.
• Opening and closing duties of the SEC.
• Keep direct and open communication between management and the SEC staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by SEC Store and Assistant/Inventory manager.
