You will collaborate with store leadership, execute VM changes, and train team members on standards while delivering an inclusive, high-energy shopping environment. This role emphasizes styling, seasonal campaigns, and seamless guest journeys.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual/fashion merchandising, graphic or interior design.
• Education: high school diploma or GED, or design-related training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards for product stories and placement to create a world-class guest experience.
• Execute VM changes including window activations, mannequin styling, signage, and campaigns.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and incorporate omnichannel programs into the experience.
• Provide feedback and on-the-spot training on brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment by building strong relationships.
