Meet your future team:

The Visual Merchandising team is accountable for driving global consistency of VM strategies to support the generation of a world class guest experience, across all channels. This team develops strategies and execution platforms that allow the design vision and seasonal directives to come to life on the floor and online, maximizing company sales, profits and brand sentiment.

Responsibilities

• Visual merchandising (VMD) operations in accordance with the seasonal plan (floor layout, styling, in-store displays, window planning, document creation, etc.).
• Store VMD management and guideline creation.
• Planning, production management, and invoice processing for VMD tools/props.
• Planning and production management of in-store promotional materials (POP, signage).
• Supporting promotional activities for retail partners (exhibitions, pop-up stores, promotional materials).
• General tasks associated with warehouse management of VMD tools/props.

Requirements

• 2+ years of visual merchandising (VMD) experience in apparel and stores.
• Interest in art, interior, spatial display and fashion.
• PC skills: Basic level of MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator. Candidates who do not meet this at the time of hiring are acceptable if they have a willingness to learn.
• Ability to travel and work flexibly, such as during VMD changes and window settings.
• Japanese language fluency.
• A self-starter who can think and act independently.
