What We Do – Accountabilities

  • Assures accurate requisition of signs and Visual supplies for existing and new stores to ensure all stores are provided with the appropriate amount and type of Visual Merchandising supplies and seasonal signage.
  • Assures the availability of proper inventory levels of Visual Merchandising supplies.
  • Assures the Visual Merchandising database is maintained and current.
  • Assures field requests for Visual Merchandising signs and supplies are met in a timely manner.
  • Assures efficient sign kit creation to minimize impact in the stores and avoid excess inventory.

Essential Functions

  • Enters store Visual Merchandising supply orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Analyzes store Visual Merchandising supply usage, expense, and inventory levels to anticipate store needs.
  • Communicates the status of, and answers questions about, Visual Merchandising supplies to the field.
  • Embodies a customer-focused attitude when interacting with District Managers and Store Managers.
  • Assures partnership with key internal departments and external vendors.
  • Gathers feedback from the field team on inventory levels and supply needs.
  • Maintains key event timeline and proactively communicates updates with stakeholders.
  • Develops in-store sign kit component lists and summary.
  • Communicates any component list updates to vendor and internal partners.
  • Maintains print vendor relationship and acts as liaison for internal partners during open projects.
  • Facilitates cross-functional execution of sign kit and fixture shipping process.
    • Allocates appropriate quantities of promotional sign kits and fixtures for stores.
    • Generates and provides sign kit pick list/shipping lists to procurement team and vendors.
    • Generates and provides sign kit packing lists to vendors.
    • Tracks sign kit deliveries and gathers missing/damaged sign feedback.
    • Coordinates Visual Merchandising signs and supply shipments in association with store opening, relocating, and remodeling processes.
  • Coordinates the arrival of all Visual Merchandising supplies to new and remodeling stores from all warehouses and outside vendors.
  • Manages signage and marketing needs for store opening, relocating, and remodeling projects.
  • Maintains Visual Operations Database.
  • Collaborates with Store Planning team to interpret floor plans to ensure the future visual/supply needs of a store are met in a timely manner.
  • Completes additional special projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 4+ years related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
