Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store as part of the Field Activity Support Team, handling start‑to‑finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes and merchandise assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, support store operations, and help maintain signage and displays with a focus on safety and efficiency. Training and career growth are part of our culture.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and customer focus.
• Follow the GURA process to greet, uncover needs, recommend, and ask for the sale.
