Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team in a single store. You will own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly, while supporting other tasks and maintaining signage throughout the store.

You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service. Responsibilities include completing planograms, maintaining visual standards, and performing store layout initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• As FAST Team Member, maintain regular attendance and work as scheduled.
• Complete planograms and store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
