Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team in a single store, owning and executing planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, perform planograms, resets, signage maintenance, and support other duties as assigned, staying flexible and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Prior retail/merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading/writing understood.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and pricing changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs; assist with fixture setup.
