Job summary

Target Corporation is hiring a Visual Business Partner for Apparel & Accessories in Minneapolis. The role supports holistic in-store presentations, translates cycle briefs into scalable layouts, and ensures product signage and sampling are aligned with brand standards.

The position is hybrid, requiring on-site presence at Target HQ 3 days a week, with collaboration across SE and key partners. You will work closely with presentation teams to maintain consistent visuals, coordinate signage needs

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; preferred Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Target’s in-store presentations aligned with SE strategy.
• Translate cycle briefs into scalable layouts and signage.
• Prepare for leader alignment with physical and digital builds.
• Coordinate signage needs including price sign details and sample production.
