Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership input to meet sales goals.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and adjust displays to improve guest experience.
• Ensure visual standards and ISM elements are correctly implemented storewide.
• Lead and teach team members on visual standards and signing accuracy.
• Maintain backroom organization and safe handling of merchandise and fixtures.
