Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in New York is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the VM strategy across the House of Dior. You will manage a three-person VM team and partner with cross-functional partners to launch seasonal collections and drive sales while upholding brand image.

Responsibilities include coordinating displays, overseeing window changes, and maintaining inventory, with a strong focus on brand integrity and collaborative leadership within a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Visual Merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent planning, organization, and creative skills.
• Ability to develop and train teams, build relationships, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of support so VM installs, rotations and maintenance are a team effort with key contributors aligned.
• VM activities include collection launches, window changes, rotations, and in-store event setups.
• Cultivate a culture of brand integrity and establish a system for display maintenance with accountability.
• VM is about relationships as well as displays.
• Coordinate walkthroughs of displays and participate in morning meetings for ownership and alignment.
• Address merchandising concerns to meet business needs and corporate directives; communicate weekly schedules and planning to all teams involved.
• Develop and maintain partnership with Central HQ Image Team and local VM leaders across universes.
• Handle props and inventory diligently to ensure upkeep.
