Job summary

Christian Dior Couture seeks a Manager, Visual Merchandising in Las Vegas to lead display strategy and ensure brand standards across regional boutiques. You will coordinate with HQ, regional managers, and store teams to plan, install, and maintain VM presentations, including windows, collections, and events.

The role requires 5+ years in luxury VM, exceptional detailing, and the ability to train and supervise teams while managing flexible schedules across weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Visual Merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
  • Self-motivated with excellent planning, organization, and creative skills.
  • Communicate across all levels of the organization, including HQ, corporate, and retail.
  • Ability to develop and train teams, build relationships, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to follow the company’s policies and procedures and uphold brand image.
  • Flexible working hours are required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a network of support so VM installs, rotations, and maintenance are a team effort.
  • Visual efforts include Collection launches, window changes, business rotations, and in-store event set-ups.
  • Cultivate brand integrity and develop a maintenance structure with attention to detail and accountability.
  • Communicate weekly schedules, guidelines, and future planning to all teams involved.
  • Coordinate walk-throughs of displays and participate in morning meetings for ownership and alignment.
  • Support in other regions for events, pop-ups, and store openings when capacity allows.
  • Develop partnerships with Central HQ Image Team and local VM leaders across all universes.
  • Maintain inventory and care for props with up-to-date organization.

Position

Job Title: Manager, Visual Merchandising, Las Vegas

Reports to: VM Regional Director

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for communicating, planning, implementation, and maintaining visual presentation direction and standards across Scottsdale and Aspen boutiques, with potential oversight for Mall of America and ongoing support for the Las Vegas market as needed. Works in close relationship with Corporate, the Regional Retail Manager, and in-store teams to develop a network of support while foundationally upholding a high standard of brand image and excellence.

Job responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a network of support so that VM works (installs, rotations, and maintenance) are a team effort. This requires preplanning so that all key holders are aligned, including the Regional Retail Manager, Store Directors, Category Managers, and Operations.
  • Visual efforts can include Collection launches, window changes, business-related rotations, and in-store event set-ups
    • This may include overnights, weekends, and holidays
    • Display updates will include Women’s, Men’s, Fine Jewelry & Watches
  • Cultivate a culture where brand integrity should be everyone’s responsibility and develop a structure or system for display maintenance with great attention to detail and accountability.
    • Understand your approach may need to be catered between your stores to build and sustain trust through communication and accountability.
    • VM goes beyond displays; VM is also about relationships.
  • Communicate weekly schedules, guidelines, and future planning to ALL teams involved for full visibility.
    • Ability to effectively lead and prioritize the needs of the business while balancing the capacity of your team. Time management is critical.
    • Any changes to the schedule should be communicated respectfully and timely.
  • Coordinating walk-throughs of displays and participating in morning meetings to foster ownership and alignment.
    • Address merchandising concerns to accommodate business needs and/or corporate directives that may require adaptations to guidelines.
  • As an integral member of the VM Team, support in other regions for events, pop-ups, and store openings when capacity allows.
  • Develop and maintain close partnership with Central HQ Image Team as well as local category VM leaders across all universes.
  • Diligent handling, care, and prop organizing to ensure maintenance and upkeep including an up-to-date inventory.

Additional information

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $90,000 - $100,000 per hour/annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
