Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Visual Display and Merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
• Strong planning, organization, creativity and originality.
• Ability to translate design trends to store windows and environments.
• Ability to communicate strategically across all levels of the organization.
• Strong follow-through skills and accountability.
• Experience developing and training store management teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual standards with attention to detail, per global directives.
• Troubleshoot merchandising concerns as directed by leadership.
• Implement window changes overnight and floor changes.
• Re-merchandise according to sell through and product launches.
• Partner with Boutique teams to maintain visual standards.
• Upload store photos to internal VM app for corporate approval.
• Be an integral team member for store openings and special events.
• Oversee and organize props inventory.
• Occasional support at other boutiques.
