Job summary

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Temp, Visual Merchandising Manager for the East Coast based in our New York office. You will lead in-store VM execution for the NY Metro region and support administrative tasks as needed, reporting to the Sr.

Director of Visual Merchandising, Image and Regions. You will liaise with Global VM, manage displays, analyze weekly performance with Retail management, and coach Store Management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Visual Merchandising, including management.
• Strong attention to detail in display composition, balance and color.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a passion for innovation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and people management abilities with cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable engaging with executives, B2B clients and retail teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Global VM to plan, organize and execute VM guidelines.
• Adapt displays to store requirements and local trends.
• Analyze weekly results with Retail management to ideate VM strategies.
• Conduct regular store visits to provide feedback and training to Store Management.
• Coordinate with regional VM teams via calls, photos, and recaps.
