Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.
• Ability to apply analytics and judgement to business decisions.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Comfortable with technology and Windows-based devices.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and drive key metrics for store objectives.
• Direct and support installations and floor setups for events and campaigns.
• Lead daily visual maintenance and optimize presentations in high-visibility areas.
• Coordinate storage of visual collateral and ensure accuracy of inbound components.
• Collaborate with merchandising and operations on product, promotions, and pricing strategies.
• Plan workloads and schedule visual assignments aligned with company priorities.
• Train associates on directives and standards to ensure on-brand execution.
• Set clear priorities, provide constructive coaching, and develop talent.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding to build a ready-now bench of store talent.
• Support asset protection by managing shortage control in designated areas.
