Job summary

Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with a well-known, fashion-forward retail brand to hire a Coordinator, Visual Merchandising. You will support seasonal floor sets, product placement, mannequin styling, and cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, Field Visual, and Store Operations to bring the brand to life in stores.

You will help develop product placement strategies and visual storytelling, style mannequin looks, and create visual communications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail, Fashion, or a related field.
• Strong eye for product placement, styling, visual storytelling, and mannequin dressing.
• Experience creating presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Miro, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong execution skills.
• Retail or store experience preferred.
• Passion for fashion, retail, and creating compelling customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of seasonal floor sets and in-season visual merchandising updates.
• Assist with creating visual merchandising presentations, guidelines, photo decks, and communication tools for stores.
• Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Field Visual, and Store Operations to support key initiatives.
• Help develop product placement strategies and visual storytelling across key categories.
• Style and pull mannequin looks to highlight trends, outfitting ideas, and product stories.
• Create mockups, best-practice documentation, and other visual communication materials.
• Track visual merchandising projects, timelines, and deliverables to support successful execution.
• Receive, unpack, log, and monitor incoming and outgoing apparel, footwear, and accessory samples.
• Support new visual initiatives, store openings, and evolving brand strategies.
